C2/VAN Phonology and Orthography

C2/VAN is written using 91 of the printable ASCII characters with - . , and space being used for punctuation. The characters used are possibly substitutes for the actual symbols.

The 1st table show the vowel phones that can appear; the 2nd table shows the consonants, along with the corresponding letter. Letters marked with an asterisk * appear in more than one place in the tables.
